30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay:

If you’re staying for a while or run out, we’re happy to help you find the nearest grocery or convenience store.
☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in.
☼ A golf cart agreement and pool/hot tub waiver must also be signed before we can share the code for the golf cart. You’ll receive links to these agreements in your check-in message.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a refundable security deposit.
☼ For your safety, we have exterior cameras that record audio and video only when motion is detected.
