“We loved the location, beautiful decor, and amenities, especially the golf cart, bikes, beach access, Camp WaterColor, and Beach Club! The hosts were exceptionally kind and responsive, even accommodating a late checkout after our check-in was delayed, which is why we’re giving 5 stars. The home itself felt closer to 4–4.5 stars due to maintenance issues with the toaster and TV remotes, limited starter supplies for a 5-night stay, some dirty kitchen items, and outdoor furniture/indoor upholstery needing attention. Overall, a great location with wonderful hosts! With a little more attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and guest essentials, this would be an exceptional stay. And a heads up to people traveling in cooler months, the staff at Camp Watercolor informed us that they only heat the pools after 2 weeks of temperatures being consistently below 75 degrees. Not anything that the hosts can control, but just something that caught us off guard since the pools were freezing.”

“Visit 30A often and this has been my favorite location. You’re right between rosemary and seaside but also a literal minute walk to the beach. Wonderful getaway moms trip and would book again in a heart beat”
