“It was a wonderful property and everything about the unit was exactly as described. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. Beach was a three minute walk as described. Only minor complaint was didn't really understand the private beach aspect as there really didn't seem to be one other than gated entrance. Also, the beach chairs were old but hosts literally replaced the same day, which was incredible. Highly recommend for a family of four.”

“We absolutely loved our trip to Santa Rosa and a huge part of that was the condo which was so nice! I loved that it was close to the beach but also private with its own pool. We enjoyed that each room had its own bathroom. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed and then some. We brought multiple little ones and we felt right at home with them. Thank you for such a memorable trip and trusting us in your home.”

“My husband and I and our two kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was in the perfect location at the end of a quiet street. The golf cart was perfect to ride to the beach or surrounding areas. (However, we found out the hard way that Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach don’t allow golf carts). The home was very clean and we appreciated the individually wrapped bathroom and kitchen amenities. The three full baths were perfect for us after coming in from the beach. Extra bonus points that our golden-doodle was able to come and enjoy it with us!”
