Forest Lakes is HOA governed and maintains a quiet, well kept environment. Guests are expected to respect neighborhood rules and neighbors at all times.

With 4 bikes included, guests can quickly ride to Gulf View Heights beach access, explore the 30A bike path, or head toward Gulf Place for dining and shopping. The paved bike trail runs parallel to 30A and connects many of the nearby beach communities.
Driving is also convenient. You are:
• Less than 5 minutes to the beach
• About 5 minutes to Gulf Place
• 10 to 15 minutes to Grayton Beach and Seaside
• 20 to 25 minutes to Rosemary Beach
Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. Only vehicles with issued parking placards, including rented LSVs, are allowed within the community. Additional vehicles must be stored off site.
Ride share services are available but can be limited during peak season, so having a vehicle is recommended.
Forest Lakes is a gated Blue Mountain community bordered by thousands of acres of state forest. Quiet, secluded, and just minutes to 30A.

Pet Policy
We are pet friendly.
Up to two dogs are allowed with a $150 non refundable fee per pet. Guests must notify us prior to arrival if bringing a pet. All HOA rules regarding pets must be followed.

Parking Limitations
Only the number of vehicles corresponding to the issued parking placards, including any rented LSVs, may be parked within the community. Any additional vehicles must be stored off site.
Driveway parking only. No street parking allowed.
Access details and door codes are sent prior to arrival.
Important Information
Primary renter must be 25 years of age.
Guests under 25 may be considered with prior written acknowledgment and an additional security deposit.
No parties or events.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced.
Guest Compliance
All guests must comply with the Forest Lakes Neighborhood Summary of Rules for Short Term and Long Term Rentals. A copy of these rules is posted within the property and must be followed at all times.
This is a residential HOA community and guests are expected to respect neighbors and posted guidelines.
Area Highlights
30A is known for its sugar white sand and emerald waters, boutique shopping, and coastal dining. Multiple public beach accesses line the 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach.
Snorkelers can visit the Sea Turtle Reef near Grayton Beach State Park, located approximately 783 feet offshore in 12 to 19 feet of water. We recommend using a paddle-board or kayak, as Gulf conditions can change quickly.
