Guests will receive a unique door code prior to arrival. The code will be active for the duration of your stay, allowing for easy self check-in and check-out.

Neighborhood
Coastal Calm is located in White Gulfview Estates on the east end of Scenic Highway 30A, just off Clareon Drive. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood known for its relaxed pace and easy access to the beach.
Guests enjoy private deeded beach access just a short walk away, with a direct path to the white sand and emerald Gulf waters. The neighborhood is ideal for walking and biking, making it easy to cruise along 30A to nearby spots in Seacrest and Rosemary Beach.
Within minutes, you’ll find local dining, coffee shops, casual beach eateries, and pizza favorites, along with boutique shopping and bike paths that connect much of 30A. While close to the action, the area remains calm and uncrowded, offering the best of both convenience and privacy during your stay.

Important notes
• A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in and must be completed by the primary booking guest
• Primary guest must be 25 or older
• Guests ages 18–24 with no one over 25 in the group will be required to pay a security deposit
• A golf cart agreement must be signed before the golf cart access code is shared
• A $150 nonrefundable pet fee per approved dog applies. Service animals are exempt
• Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance
Safety and security
Exterior security cameras are in place for safety purposes only. Cameras are exterior-use only and record video and audio when motion is detected.
House rules
Booking confirms agreement to the following:
• Rental agreement must be signed before check-in
• No smoking of any kind inside or outside the home
• Approved pets only per pet policy
• No parties or events without prior written approval
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy must be respected
• Guest count must be disclosed accurately at booking
• Parking rules must be followed. Improperly parked vehicles may be towed or fined
• Please treat the home with care and report any damage promptly
