Parking
Parking is provided for two standard vehicles in the driveway. RVs, trailers, and street parking are not permitted. Overflow parking is available at the storage facility behind the community with a permit obtained from their office. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas will be towed.

• Maximum occupancy is 9 guests. Children under two count toward occupancy.
• Trash pickup is Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Trash cans must be returned promptly to avoid fines.
