☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked.
☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit.
☼ A golf cart agreement must also be signed before we can share the key code for the golf carts. You’ll receive a link to this agreement in your check-in message.
