30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay: ☼ One roll of paper towels ☼ Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom ☼ A few trash bags ☼ Laundry detergent ☼ Dishwasher pods If you’re staying for a while or run out, we’re happy to help you locate the closest grocery or convenience store. ☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked. ☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit. ☼ A $150 pet fee per pet is required for approved furry friends. This fee does not apply to service animals. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet! House rules

If you'd like to have a gathering at the home you will need prior approval. One Child under the age of 2 is allowed in addition to the 10 guests. We supply 1 pack-n-play—prior approval is needed. All trash must be off the property when the guest leaves. All trash must be put into bins provided outside of the house. This includes the bathroom waste baskets as well as ALL items emptied from the fridge/ freezer and grill area. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Only 2 cars are allowed to be parked in the driveway. The HOA in this neighborhood will check that there aren’t more cars than we are zoned for. If you have more than 2 cars, please park one car elsewhere or risk a fine/ being towed. Guests are responsible for any fines that may be incurred.

We truly enjoyed our first trip to Destin and our stay at Ali’s property. She was communicative prior to our stay and throughout. We were happy with the beach toys, towels, and chairs! Thank you Ali! Looking forward to returning!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ali's slice of beach paradise and it was an exceptional experience! This fantastic floor plan with modern amenities, a dishwasher, and a well-stocked kitchen that made family meals effortless. The marble countertops added a touch of elegance, and the place was spotless. We were ready for fun in the sun. The one-car garage was a convenient bonus. Accommodating eight guests comfortably with five beds, the layout was ideal for our larger group. The cozy living room and charming back porch created a perfect space to unwind. Ali truly thought of everything, providing essentials like shampoo, towels, and trash bags. I highly recommend this host and location for a hassle-free getaway, situated in the heart of upscale dining and shopping. With beautiful nature parks and stunning beaches nearby, we can’t wait to return!
