A floating staircase wrapped in a tranquil water feature sets the tone, welcoming you into a space with soaring 22’ ceilings, dramatic wood beams, an electric hearth, and accordion doors that open to your private turf courtyard. Whether you're gathering with family or vacationing with friends, this luxury escape sleeps 14+ with ease – and yes, your well-behaved pets are welcome, too! Traveling with a larger group? The home next door is also available and accommodates an additional 14 guests! If you'd like to use the on-site golf cart during your stay, it’s available to rent for $99 per day. 30A Beach Stays provides a few starter essentials to kick off your stay: ☼ One roll of paper towels ☼ Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom ☼ A few trash bags ☼ Laundry detergent ☼ Dishwasher pods If you’re staying for a while or run out, we’re happy to help you locate the closest grocery or convenience store. ☼ A signed rental agreement is required before check-in. This agreement only needs to be signed by the guest that booked. ☼ Guests ages 18–24 with no one in the group over 25 will be required to pay a security deposit. ☼ If you decide to rent the on-site golf cart, a golf cart agreement must also be signed before we can share the key code for the golf carts. You'll receive a link to this agreement in your check-in message. ☼ A $150 pet fee per pet is required for approved furry friends. This fee does not apply to service animals. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet!

Booking your stay confirms your agreement to these terms: ☼ Rental agreement must be signed before check-in ☼ No smoking of any kind inside the home or on balconies/outdoor areas ☼ No parties or events without prior written approval ☼ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM ☼ Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times ☼ Guest count must be disclosed accurately at the time of booking ☼ Parking rules must be followed; improperly parked vehicles may be towed, booted, or fined ☼ No personal items may be hung over balconies, railings, or outdoor structures ☼ Please treat the property with care and report any damages promptly Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees, eviction without refund, and/or forfeiture of the security deposit (if applicable).
