30A Beach Stays and Vacations is happy to provide each guest with starter amenities such as one roll of paper towels, 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, a few trash bags, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. If you have a lengthy stay or need additional of these items, we are glad to help you find the nearest grocery store or convenience store during your vacation. We do have exterior cameras only that monitor and record audio and video only when motion is sensed. EXTERIOR ONLY!

House rules

All trash must be off the property when the guest leaves. All trash must be put into bins provided outside of the house. This includes the bathroom waste baskets as well as ALL items emptied from the fridge/ freezer and grill area. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, only on the back patio, and only if the ashes/ proper cleanup measures are taken. A $500 smoking fee will be added to any tenant that is found smoking inside the home. No pets allowed. A $500 fee will be added to any tenant that brings animals. Any damage from said animal will be added to the fine. No street overnight parking is allowed. Please utilize the driveway if needed.
