Cassine Garden is an oasis. The peace and tranquility of our community is for you to enjoy. To ensure your stay will be stress free, please review the guidelines our community requires. PARKING 2 vehicles per unit maximum including golf carts. Be mindful to park at a reasonable distance between vehicles so that more vehicles can be accommodated. No RV, Motorhomes, Trailers or Boats or oversized vehicles of any kind on site. NO PARKING ON THE GRASS OVERFLOW PARKING 5 parking spaces are available at the front entrance near the Cassine Garden sign in front of the eastside of the Mexican Restaurant, Mi Casita for your use on a first come basis. Overnight continuous parking is permitted during your stay. GRILLS Charcoal grills of any type are not allowed. Gas grills may be used minimum of 10 ft from the building structure. Grills must be attended while in use. QUIET HOURS are between 10 pm - 8 am. No loud music, social congregating, or outside sports are allowed during “Quiet Hours”. NUISANCES OR DISTURBING NOISES which may interfere with the rights, comforts, and conveniences of other residents, shall not be allowed. If a renter is out of compliance, the sheriff will be called. PETS are NOT permitted. Only OWNERS are permitted to have pets. SWIMMING POOL The Rules of Use are posted at the pool. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to use the pool unless accompanied by an adult. Children not potty-trained shall wear swim diapers. No smoking of any kind including vaping is allowed. Do not reserve loungers with towels. Sand must be showered off before entering the pool. No glass containers. The pool hours: 9am-dusk. The pool will be locked at dusk. GARBAGE must be put in plastic bags and placed in one of the 2 dumpsters provided. Do not leave garbage outside of the dumpster. PERSONAL PROPERTY including bikes, paddle boards, car tops, ice chests, rafts, toys, etc must be kept in the unit or storage closet, on the patio and/or under deck. All clothes, towels, and other personal items must be kept in the unit and not hung outside to dry on decks or landscaping. No items can be stored on the lawn. If items are left outside, they will be disposed of without notice. NO FIRES or FIREWORKS including charcoal grills, fire pits, chimineas and handheld sparklers. NO SMOKING on common property. Individual unit smoking rules will be enforced. Decks and patios are considered part of the unit and smoking rules will be enforced. GOLF CARTS will follow all local ordinances to include seat belts and authorized drivers. Golf carts are under the same rules as a vehicle.​Do NOT Park on The Lawn or Landscaping Amended

We booked this an hour before check in. Ali got us set up right away. The place was perfect for us and the kids. Everything was spotless and well kept. The area was off the main strip and a taste of old Florida yet still in range of the local activities. We’ll be back.

We had a fantastic stay on 30A! We enjoyed playing tennis, walking to nearby beaches, riding bikes, and relaxing by the pool. The location was perfect, and Ali, the host, was amazing—super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
